Taking a four-wheel vehicle into the backcountry is an exhilarating experience. Not only are backcountry skills difficult to learn when living in the city, but finding the most beautiful locations and trails can take weeks or months of planning. We’ve designed our off-road trips to teach you all the skills you will need, while touring some of the most beautiful scenery in Colorado and Utah.
Our trips focus on:
- Safety. Your safety is always our first priority. In our commitment to safety and something that makes us unique, we will always be carrying some of the latest technology to reach help if needed.
- Learning. We want to give you the necessary skills so you will feel comfortable going into the backcountry.
- Beauty. Our guides take you to the most beautiful destinations, so you can make the most of every moment.
- Friendships. Traveling solo is great, traveling with a group of like-minded people is even better. By traveling in a convoy, you’ll be able to build warm friendships that create memories to last a lifetime.
Before scheduling the trip, we’ll find out what’s most important to you: photography, off-road skills, the destinations, or a balanced experience. We’ll also discuss your off-road skills and get a solid understanding of what trail difficulty you’ll be most comfortable on. Once we know what kind of expedition is right for you, we’ll pair you with a group of like-minded folks.
Our trips last 5-7 days and we’ll travel as a group. About half the expedition will be spent at the same campsite and we’ll do day-trips on different trails. You’ll be able to settle in and get to know an area incredibly well. For the rest of the expedition, we’ll spend each night at a different camp site to make sure you see as much of the backcountry as possible.
